CallCenter SolutionsOur solutions for Call- and Contact Center are very reliable. Our installations has handled millions of customer contacts for a wide range of customers. The system operates on a LAMP platform with Asterisk (or Dialogic) telephony control. It is highly scalable and we have installatons ranging from only 2 agents to several hundred. The system gives extensible statistics and extensive realtime status information. The system operates regardless of the telephone system (PBX) that is used by the agents. The agents may be geographically distributed but they are still seen as a full participants in the same logical CallCenter. We may easily adapt to existing systems (such as CRM-systems) and route calls based on (for example) their customer status. We may also take information, such as CLI (Calling Line ID) to create a screen pop-up for the agent with relevant customer information. |
